For 20 years, I built a career that looked like success from every angle. Multiple graduate degrees in science. Senior roles at major corporations. R&D projects that made a measurable difference. Every box, checked.
But behind the credentials and the calendar full of commitments, I was silently burning out. My body was sending signals I kept overriding. My sense of purpose was eroding. I was achieving more and feeling less.
The morning I sat in the parking lot, unable to make myself walk through the door, I knew I could not keep postponing the conversation my body had been trying to start for years.
That moment cracked something open.
I realized that the same scientific rigor I had applied to research and product development could be applied to the most important project of all: understanding and rebuilding a human life. My own.
I trained at Harvard Medical School in health coaching and lifestyle medicine. I went deep into neuroscience, functional nutrition, and trauma-informed approaches. Not to add letters after my name, but to find real answers.
What I discovered changes everything. And now I help other high-achieving professionals find their way through major transitions without the years of trial and error it took me.
