closing the gap between what science knows
and what you can actually use
When your work stops feeling meaningful and the pressure keeps climbing, something has to give. Usually, it is you.
High performance has a cost, and most systems are not built to help you pay it sustainably.
Stress does not stay in one corner of your life. It bleeds into your closest relationships, and the people you love most often feel the distance first.
This is not a character flaw. It is a nervous system that has been carrying too much for too long.
Fatigue that sleep does not fix. Hormones that feel off. A body that is sending signals you do not now how to read. This is not just getting older. Something deeper is at play, and it has a root cause worth finding.
You have the credentials. The career. The life that looks good on paper.
But somewhere along the way, the version of you that felt energized, clear-headed, and purposeful started to fade.
Your body is not responding the way it used to. You are doing everything you are supposed to do and still feel inflamed, exhausted, and stuck.
Sleep is not restoring you. Coffee is just keeping you functional.
Your relationships are carrying the weight of everything you have not had time to process.
And your work, the thing you invested so much of yourself in, feels hollow or completely overwhelming.
You have tried the quick fixes. The supplements, the cleanses, the productivity systems. None of it touched the root.
Because the root is not a deficiency. It is a pattern. And patterns, when you understand them at the biological and neurological level, can be changed.

Before anything can change, it has to be seen clearly. We map the recurring patterns in your biology, your nervous system, your behaviors, and your beliefs that are quietly running the show.

Using neuroscience, trauma-informed nervous system work, and behavior change psychology, we interrupt the loops keeping you in cycles of stress, fatigue, and responses that no longer serve you.

We build something new. Habits, rhythms, and ways of thinking that are aligned with the life you are creating, not the one you are trying to escape.

Knowing what to do is rarely the problem. Doing it consistently, when life is demanding and your energy is low, is where most people get stuck.
Coaching bridges that gap by building self-awareness, confidence, and the kind of momentum that turns insight into lasting change.

Food, movement, sleep, stress, and connection are not lifestyle preferences. They are clinical tools, backed by decades of research, that can prevent, manage, and in many cases reverse chronic disease. This is the scientific foundation everything else is built on.

Your nutrition strategy should be as unique as your biology. Functional nutrition goes beyond generic eating advice to address the root causes of inflammation, hormonal imbalance, gut dysfunction, and energy depletion, using food as targeted, therapeutic medicine tailored specifically to you.

Your brain shaped every pattern you carry, and your brain can reshape them. Using applied neuroscience and the science of neuroplasticity, we work with the way your nervous system actually functions to create change that sticks, not just insight that fades when life gets hard again.

Chronic stress and early life conditioning do not just live in your mind. They are stored in your body and expressed through your hormones, your immune system, and your behavior. A trauma-informed approach means working with your nervous system, honoring its history while expanding its capacity for safety, resilience, and genuine regulation.

Most approaches try to fix one thing at a time. A diet plan. A mindset shift. A stress management technique. Each one useful. None of them sufficient on their own.
The Neuro-Coherent Coaching Method works differently. It maps the relationship between your neuroscience, your physiology, your habits, and your sense of purpose, and builds a personalized strategy that brings all of them into alignment.
Because you are not a checklist of symptoms. You are a whole system. And whole systems require whole solutions.

I am a PhD Scientist. A Harvard-Trained Health & Wellness Coach/Strategist. A Startup Consultant. A Lifelong Learner. An Educator.
And someone who believes, with every piece of evidence I have gathered, that health, purpose, and high performance need to be in alignment to live your best life.
For 20 years I built a career that looked like success from every angle. Multiple graduate degrees in science. Senior roles at global corporations across Toronto, Chicago, Dallas, and San Francisco. R&D projects that moved the needle. Every box checked.
Even though the success was real, the cost was equally real.
My personal life was a mess. My health was suffering. Everything seemed meaningless. I was living in survival mode for years.
There was no single turning point. It was a slow accumulation and acknowledgement that something needed to be changed.
The most meaningful change came from years of self-directed study, spiritual practice, personal development work, and the relentless trial and error of applying everything I was learning to my own life first.
Formal certifications gave structure to what lived experience had already begun to build.
Today I bring all of it to the people and organizations I work with: the scientific depth of research, the practical knowledge of a coach and consultant, and the genuine understanding of someone who has navigated the rough terrain.
