For 20 years, I lived in the world of high achievement, gaining multiple graduate degrees in science, earning credentials, working with large corporations, leading major R&D projects, and checking every box of professional success.
From the outside, it looked like I had it all together; the accomplishments, the recognition, the drive.
But on the inside, I was running on empty. I was silently burning out.
The morning I sat in the parking lot at work, unable and unwilling to go in, became my turning point. I couldn't get past that feeling of being stuck in life. It wasn't a breakdown. It was my system forcing a conversation I'd been postponing for a long time.
Through that collapse, I discovered something powerful: the same science I once used to innovate and develop products could also be used to transform human lives, beginning with my own.
I trained at Harvard in health coaching and lifestyle medicine. I studied neuroscience, lifestyle interventions, functional nutrition, trauma-informed approaches. Not to collect credentials, but to understand what was actually happening in my mind and body during massive life recalibration.
Today, I help other professionals navigate their transitions without years of trials and errors I went through. I translate science into simple, actionable strategies to prevent burnout, restore vitality, and create harmony in every area of life.
