My Approach

Rooted in science-based functional wellness, my approach blends food science, personalized nutrition, and lifestyle medicine to help you reclaim your health and transform into your best self. 


As a food scientist and in-training board-certified Health & Wellness Coach, I bring together the power of Functional Nutrition, Lifestyle Medicine, and evidence-based coaching to help you reconnect with your body’s ability to heal and thrive. This is not about one-size-fits-all plans or quick fixes—it’s about sustainable change that fits your unique biology, history, and lifestyle.


What Guides My Work


Lifestyle Medicine: Lifestyle medicine uses evidence-based therapeutic lifestyle interventions—such as a whole-food, plant-predominant diet, regular physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, positive social connection, and avoidance of risky substances—to prevent, treat, and even reverse chronic conditions. It’s a clinical, research-supported framework that treats lifestyle as medicine.


Functional Nutrition: Functional nutrition goes beyond "eat this, not that." It looks at the root causes of imbalances and works with the body's systems to restore optimal function. I take into account your history, symptoms, lab results, and lifestyle to help build a nutrition strategy that is tailored, therapeutic, and sustainable.


Health & Wellness Coaching: Coaching helps translate knowledge into action. As a coach, I partner with you to clarify your vision, uncover barriers, and build practical strategies to reach your wellness goals. I bring in structure, accountability, and encouragement—you bring your inner wisdom, motivation, and goals.
